Edinburgh Student Flashmob Dances Harlem Shake - Is It The New Gangnam Style? (VIDEO)

Is This The New Gangnam Style?

It seems Gangnam Style has finally been resigned to the "it's so last year" pile as a group of students show the Harlem Shake is the new dance move in town.

A flash mob of more than 130 students donned white coats, scrubs and er, a Star Wars stormtrooper helmet, to bust out the dance which originated in Harlem in the 1980s.

Stanley Liew, an Edinburgh student an one of the flash mob's organisers, told HuffPost UK: "One of my friends saw a Harlem Shake video on Youtube on Sunday and showed it to me. We thought that it would be really cool to have a local version of it. One thing lead to another and two days later more than 130 people turned up to bust a move at Bristo Square, Edinburgh!"
