Dressed in a flattering blue floral dress, the former 'Emmerdale' actress cut a much smaller shape thanks to her regime on 'Strictly Come Dancing' last year.
Soon after the series finished, she was back on the dancefloor as 'Strictly' hit the road on a nationwide tour, and her continued exercise is certainly paying off.

Lisa's former 'Emmerdale' co-star Dominic Brunt recently called for her to return to the rural soap as Mandy Dingle, saying the surprise comeback would be 'very, very interesting'.
