It looks like the motoring curse of Chris Huhne has struck again.
His partner, Carina Trimingham, was apparently slapped with a parking ticket when she visited the ex-Cabinet minsiter in jail.
The Daily Telegraph reported Trimingham, a PR adviser, had visited Huhne for the first time at Wandsworth Prison in South London on Wednesday.
The paper pictured the parking ticket tucked under the windscreen wiper when she returned.
She had parked her Toyota Prius in a bay reserved for permit holders and spent several hours inside the prison.
Huhne was jailed on Monday for eight months for perverting the course of justice after admitting handing speeding points to his ex-wife, Vicky Pryce, to avoid a driving ban.
Pryce was jailed for the same period after failing to convince jurors she had been "coerced" into taking his points.
