Far be it from us to offer advice to a foreign country - and heaven knows, the UK doesn't know how to deal with the white stuff - but... Ukraine: we're not sure this is possibly the most efficient way of clearing snow.

Although, if by 'clearing snow' you simply mean 'moving snow to a different place' then, well, yes it possibly is quite effective. But woe betide you if you're in the firing line - as this driver was on the Lviv-Kiev highway.
