Obama Effigy Burned Ahead Of West Bank Visit

Effigies of Barack Obama were burned by protesters in the town of Rafah ahead of the president's visit to Ramallah on Thursday.

Obama, who arrived in the West Bank on Thursday morning, urged Palestinians and Israelis to resume peace talks.

"Even though both sides may have areas of strong disagreement, maybe engaging in activities that the other side considers to be a breach of good faith, we have to push through those things to try to get to an agreement," he said.
