Ant & Dec Enlist Simon Cowell To Prank Piers Morgan On 'Saturday Night Takeaway'

Piers Morgan is the latest victim of an Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway prank.

In the new series of the ITV programme the Geordie duo dress up to fool unsuspecting celebrities.

Their latest target is journalist Piers and the Geordie duo teamed up with Simon Cowell to catch him out.

Piers, 47, comes to music mogul Simon's office where he's shown a black dot on a white canvas and told it is a valuable artwork.

Simon discusses how much it is worth with Dec, disguised as an Eastern European art trader and Ant, his guard.

They come up with the figure of £450,000 but when Piers is left alone in the office he gets a shock as the canvas comes crashing down at his feet.

He jumps up, shouting "Jesus!", and is then blamed for the accident before Ant and Dec admit it's a joke, saying: "Relax Piers, you are not getting arrested."

Piers said: "I genuinely didn't recognise Ant and Dec."

Last week's victims of the Geordie pranksters were One Direction who thought they were meeting super fans from New Zealand.

The Piers prank will be shown this Saturday on ITV.
