Rumours he was about to quit 'TOWIE' over a pay dispute looked far from Joey Essex's mind as he filmed scenes for the show's return in Marbella with fiance Sam Faiers on Thursday.
The couple - who got engaged earlier this year - looked more loved up than ever as they larked about by the pool, where they were joined by their castmates.
Sam sizzled in a white bikini as she sipped on some water to keep her cool in the hot Marbella sun.
According to The Sun, Sam has persuaded her beau to stay on the ITV2 show after he threatened to quit unless he was given a better pay deal.
A source told the paper: "Joey is one of the biggest stars on Towie and with that comes a lot of pressure, which he sometimes finds hard to take.
“His people asked bosses for an enhanced deal in order for him to stay, but producers held firm. Sam told him she really wanted him to stay on the show, and he has now agreed to return.”
Phew!
The whole cast have jetted out to the Spanish town to film the annual summer special of the reality show, and they all look to have been sticking to their mantra of 'no carbs before Marbs', showing off their beach bods.
