The pair - who got together following Louise's split from Spencer Matthews - were spotted looking happier than ever on a yacht belonging to former 'Dragon's Den' star Theo Paphitis, just off the coast of Monaco.
The 'MIC' beauty has just been signed up by the businessman to become the new face of his lingerie brand, Boux Avenue, and was seen modelling their swimwear range on a photoshoot aboard the luxury liner.
Louise - who has previously stripped off for FHM - showed off her enviable bikini body as she peeled off in the sun.
She posed in an array of colourful two-pieces and couldn't wait to share news of her new role on Twitter on Thursday.
