Angelina 'Moved' By Support From London Crowd

Angelina Jolie has expressed how moved she was by the support of her fans, as she made her first public appearance since announcing the news of her double mastectomy operation.

The Oscar winner had opted to attend the world premiere of her partner Brad Pitt's film 'World War Z' in London, instead of attending the funeral of her aunt.

The actress told the huge crowd she was feeling "great" and smiled as she received gifts from waiting fans.
