Ever have trouble getting up? Well you know what they say: "time is money".
In this case, literally.
A new customised alarm clock has been designed to shred money if you fail to wake up.
Designed to inspire a bit of morning energy from even the laziest of sleepers, the machine ruthlessly slices up your hard-earned cash if you fail to get up and turn it off.
Made by a Mr Rich Olson at Nothing Labs, the clock has hacked together from a few simple parts including a Sparkfun Clockit and a USB paper shredder.
It's based on a slightly more elegant (but also purely conceptual) design which hit the web a few years ago.
