Jennifer Aniston has revealed that after years of living a healthy organic lifestyle she caved in and ate a McDonald's Big Mac while on the road.
She won't be doing it again anytime soon though...

The 44-year-old told New York Magazine: "Wow, my body did not react well to that! It was like putting gasoline in a purified system. I am always trying to eat organic and natural foods, so that just made my stomach turn and made me feel terrible."
So, Aniston eats McDonald's, but she doesn't necessarily enjoy it.
