Rumours began swirling that Adele had married boyfriend Simon Konecki after a picture of her wearing a double band on her wedding finger began circulating on Twitter.
Many places including the Daily Mail, Glamour and Look magazine reported that the photo was taken as she attended a Robbie Williams concert in London last week.
However, we can reveal the picture that has caused the rumours is actually two years old and was taken at Deutscher Musikpreis in 2011.

Journalists were clearly fooled following reports back in April that Adele was planning a secret fifties-themed wedding this month.
"It's been one of the best years of Adele's life and to get married is the most amazing way to round it off. She's never been so in love," a source revealed to Heat magazine at the time.
"She's planning a modest do at a local church in a small village near their home in Sussex. The reception will just be at their house - it's all very low-key."
So while these latest set of rumours have proved not to be true, we wouldn't be surprised if Adele really did tie the knot in the not-too-distant future...
