Adele To Sing At Michelle Obama's 50th Birthday Bash

As if winning an Oscar for Best Original Song (Skyfall) wasn't enough, Adele is continuing her incredible success story, and has been asked to perform at Michelle Obama's 50th birthday bash at the White House alongside none other than Beyoncé.

The 24-year-old, who recently gave birth to a son called Angelo, is proving a huge hit Stateside, wowing with her performance of her James Bond theme song Skyfall at the Oscars.

And, a source tells the Daily Mail, Mrs O is suitably impressed: "America's First Lady will be holding a huge celebrity-packed party for her birthday at the White House next year (17 January) and, as she adores Adele and Beyoncé, she has asked them both to sing.

"Adele has graciously accepted and waived her usual fee for the high-profile private performance. She will sing a selection of her most-loved hits for the First Lady and her friends."

The Sky(fall)'s the limit (see what we did there?) for this British superstar.
