It seems the stress of New York Fashion Week could be getting to her as the designer tweeted a picture of herself with a bag over her head, along with the caption: "After three hours sleep I feel like an old bag! x vb #NYFW"
Posh's new collection will debut today after a lot of late nights and fittings.
Earlier on in the evening, Victoria had managed to showcase one of her designs - a bright orange pencil dress - as she posed for pics with Anna Wintour at Fashion's Night Out.
