Considering we've been hearing divorce rumours about TomKat pretty much from the days Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' relationship started, we didn't give them much credence - until now.
The couple have announced they are divorcing after five years of marriage, just days before Cruise's 50th birthday on 3rd July. The split has been confirmed by Holmes' attorney, Jonathan Wolfe, who released a statement saying:

"This is a personal and private matter for Katie and her family.
"Katie's primary concern remains, as it always has been, her daughter's best interest."
Holmes and Cruise's daughter, Suri, is six-years-old.
