Gwyneth Paltrow - Oscar-winning actress, wife of Chris Martin and queen of all things healthy? Not quite.
While there's been no change on the actress/marriage front, Paltrow's eating habits aren't as virtuous as we first thought. In an interview with Self magazine, Gwyneth speaks about her diet and reveals that no matter how well she eats, she will never cut out "the brownies or the wine".
A sound piece of advice and hurrah! Gwynnie eats chocolate AND enjoys a glass of red too! But hang on a minute, what happened to the macrobiotic diet and the goop lifestyle that she kept on telling us about? Surely brownies aren't part of the picture?
Apparently, they are. In her interview, Gwyneth explains that although she's been told to cut out dairy and sugar, she's all about the balanced diet now. "I probably eat this way two or three times a year for three weeks at a time. Past that, I'm not willing to make the sacrifice. Life is about balance. It's good to work in healthy food, whether it's five days a week or five meals a week".
Confused? So are we, but phew, it looks like the actress has got her healthy eating regime sorted. Anyone for brownies?
