Pixie Lott's stage style at V Festival owed a debt of gratitude to that most magnificent wearer of spectacles, Timmy Mallett.
Wikipedia tells us that Wacaday - the show which introduced us to Mallett's impressive eyewear - finished in 1992 and Pixie Lott was born in 1991. So clearly Timmy Mallett must have made an absolutely massive impression on the singer as a tiny baby. Why else would she be wearing daft palm tree/flamingo specs?
