What? Wearing the world's hardest fabric to pull off (velvet), and doing a rather good job of making it look good, actually. The actress was pretty in the electric-blue hue, and the dress featured sheer sleeves and neckline. A velvet cutout dress is a first on us.

Where? A Concert benefiting The Robin Hood Relief Fund to aid the victims of Hurricane Sandy, LA, 12 December.

Verdict? Love the shoes, love the colour, love the makeup, still don't love velvet...
