Lady Gaga Costumes To Sell For Thousands At Auction

Lady Gaga super fan? If your bank balance is healthy enough, you could pick up some of the singer's very own crazy creations - as they're going under the hammer at Beverly Hills-based Julien's Auctions, which specialises in entertainment memorabilia, on 1 December.

Four items that were created especially for her royal Gaga-ness will be sold at the Icons & Idols auction with the most expensive item - the 'Ecstasy' dress, created by Greek designer Eddie Gavriilidis - having a starting price of £3128, expecting to fetch up to $12,000.

Other items include a clear rubber mask worn by the star in the Showstudio short film Manifesto of Little Monsters and an extravagant headpiece that was commissioned for her Monster Ball tour, both by Franc Fernandez, he of the now-infamous meat dress.

The last lot is a metal mask, created by Keko Hainswheeler and worn in the Bad Romance video.

The Icons & Idols auction features 450 pieces of memorabilia from the music world, from the 30s to the present.

Other highlights include a signed Madonna calendar and a dress worn by the singer for a LIFE Magazine shoot.; a Michael Jackson-signed white fedora; and a Beatles' Sargent Pepper album cover autographed by John Lennon.
