Stella McCartney kicked off the Monday shows at Paris Fashion Week and with an A-list FRow in attendance (just Bono, Twiggy and Jessica Alba to name a few), it's safe to say that all eyes were on the British designer and her Autumn/Winter collection.
So - what does Stella have in store for us next season? Her play on proportions meant that coats were oversized (check out those lapels), skirts flared just above the ankles and puffa jackets were worn with huge but seriously cosy hoods.
There were tartan and pinstripe prints plus flashes of aubergine and violet in the otherwise black and grey collection and as for the accessories? The platforms were chunky and the boxy bags were carried on the hip. This was business chic meets sports luxe and there's no doubt that those stars on the front row will be desperate to get their hands on this collection next season.
