Comedian Phyllis Diller died at home in Los Angeles on Monday night aged 95. MyDaily would like to honour one of the grand dames of American comedy by paying tribute to the determinedly outré (and utterly entertaining) sense of style that so often formed a part of her act:

If she had started today, Phyllis could have stood there in Dior and Harry Winston and become the major star that she was. I adored her!
