Rachel Bilson (who will probably be forever "Summer off The OC" to us) attended the CW, CBS and Showtime Summer TCA (Television Critics Association) party wearing an adorable smart casual combo of sleeveless blouse and tailored trousers.
The actress stuck with a black and off-white colour palette (which is basically a shortcut to chic in case you were wondering) and we're pleased to see a pussy bow blouse worn well - it's been a while!

The only think we're not entirely convinced of is the hair - it looks like Rachel was using the occasion to try out an asymmetrical bob but without actually cutting any of her hair.
