A couple of months ago, we posted a feature on London's unbookable restaurants. Well, now we have a late addition.
Let us introducing Brooklyn Bite, the city's latest pizza bolthole and brainchild of New Jersey-born Ilias Nathanail. The Chelsea-based restaurant serves up a whole host of 18", Brooklyn-inspired pizza, from the meat-heavy Fugetaboutit to the veggie-friendly Benny Blanco from the Bronx. (You've got to admire their pizza-naming skills, even if you don't sample the goods themselves).

There's also a speakeasy-style cocktail bar below the restaurant, perfect for a pre or post-dinner drink, in a world away from the Kings Road.
