Big ol' congratulations are in order for Kelly Osbourne whose boyf, Matthew Mosshart, popped the question while the pair were holidaying in Anguilla.
The 28-year-old purple-haired TV presenter revealed Matt got down on one knee and proposed during a sunny trip to the Caribbean and admitted they "just want to be together all the time".
Kells and Matt met back in 2011 at Kate Moss and Jamie Hince's wedding and the groom-to-be is mates with Jamie, who's one half of the musical duo The Kills with Matthew's sis Alison.
Showing off her ma-hussive engagement ring in a shoot with Hello! magazine Kelly said, "I've never felt this close to another human being, ever.
"People say we're co-dependent but we just want to be together all the time."
The Fashion Police star's new bling holds some serious sentimental value because it was designed to look like one of her dad, Ozzy Osbourne's, pieces of jewellery. "I designed it to look like an earring that my father wore," she said.
"I used to hold my finger up to his ear when I was little and say, 'I want a ring like that'. Now I have one!"
Kells also told how her new fiancee made the "biggest sacrifice" when he moved from New York to Los Angeles to be with her.
"Matthew made the biggest sacrifice anyone's ever made for me, to move away from everything that he knew to be with me in LA... Long-distance relationships often don't work out. We'd dated for a year and knew we wanted to be together.
"Matthew has broken down every one of my walls. There's nothing I wouldn't do in front of him."
