Tweed And Ballet: Glasgow School Of Art Undergraduate Fashion Show

Tweed! Ballet! New design! Glasgow School of Art took over the city's cult club The Arches for its annual undergraduate fashion show to let third year Textiles and Fashion Design students catwalk their latest creations.

The former class were given the Ballets Russes The Rite Of Spring as its inspiration point while the latter was told to produce garments using Harris Tweed in a modern way.

The result? A riot of the unexpected. Our favourite collection? Laura Muir's. Any girl who a) accessorises with a muff and b) uses next season's vibrant purples will go far in our book.
