Amanda Bynes has reportedly been 'kicked out' off a suite at the Ritz Carlton in New York.
The troubled star was also handed a $2,000 room service bill, after placing nearly 40 different orders, each averaging about $60 to $70 an order, according to the bill obtained by TMZ.
Last month the 27-year-old took to Twitter to reveal that she has undergone more surgery to remove webbing from between her eyes.

The former teen star has hailed herself as a "hero" for living with the birth defect and said she is planning further work on the bridge of her nose, after previously undergoing an operation on it earlier this year.
