A Fathers4Justice protester has threatened to jump from a hotel in Birmingham.
Police are negotiating with the man at the Hilton Metropole Birmingham hotel, the Birmingham Mail reported.
The protester unfurled a banner and climbed onto the balcony on Friday morning, the Mail said.
The protest is reported to be organised to coincide with the Voice Of The Child conference being held byThe Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service.

An update on the Fathers4Justice Facebook page said: "PROTEST UPDATE - protestor on balcony still - other protestors march on conference but are excluded by police and security.
"One protester blocking road at moment - police threatening with arrest."
