Feeling a bit broken after the last bank holiday of the summer? You probably had the best weekend ever and now it's work time. Boo.

Don't worry, help is at hand in the form of the MyDaily, three-song cheer-up, shake-it-all-off plan.

1. Start with 'Smile' by Lily Allen. The joy of this song is that it makes you feel simultaneously calmer and more awake which is really quite an achievement. Also, Lily's jewellery in this video is the best thing you'll see all day.

2. Being at your desk is probably seeming not-so-unbearable now, right? Good. Now, have a listen to 'Just A Girl' by No Doubt because a) Gwen Stefani in the Nineties was a hero, b) it's impossible not to sing along to this song and c) the video is really brilliant crop top inspiration...

3. Hurrah! You're feeling better now, no? Okay, time for a teeny-weeny bit more pep. 'Still Alive' by Slow Club in the fizziest, catchiest, happy-making song. So what if summer's coming to its end - autumn is going to be superb...
