Just when you thought you didn't need another celebrity talent show...
With 'X Factor' starting this weekend, and 'Strictly' snapping at its heels the week after, what we're all obviously in need of is a competitive celebrity dance show on our screens.

So that's exactly what we're getting, courtesy of ITV. The twist in this atom-splitting formula will be that each of the contestants will be dancing with their own, relatively high-profile, partner, rather than relying on the professional support of those on the Strictly floor. Sort of like 'Mr and Mrs go to Blackpool'.

Preview clips have already seen Brian McFadden at loggerheads with his new bride Vogue Williams, so that side of things could be enticing.
Other contestants include Denise Welch and new hubby Lincoln, Mr and Mrs Dempsey and Makepeace Michael Brandon and Glynis Barber, JLS's Oritse Williams and his girlfriend AJ Azari, interior designer Lawrence Llewellyn Bowen and wife Jackie, and boxer Carl Froch and girlfriend Rachael Cordingley.
Meanwhile, Denise Welch has already confessed she wouldn't have been able to perform if she hadn't lost a ton of weight. "The doctor says my knee is 90% improved," she adds.
Stepping Out', hosted by Davina McCall, starts this Saturday at 6.30pm on ITV.
