'Xtra Factor' presenter Caroline Flack has revealed she turned to therapy after the pressure and stress of hosting the show started to get the better of her.
The 33-year-old says professional counselling has helped turn her life around and she's now happier than ever.

“Sometimes you get caught up in your own mind – especially in this job – and you just need someone to snap you out of it and go ‘Come on’," she told The Mirror.
"Talking to someone just helps as a problem shared is a problem halved. I loved it and to be honest it got me through quite a lot.”
Meanwhile, Caroline - who came in for a lot of abuse from many One Direction fans when she dated Harry Styles - has been linked to another toyboy.
According to Heat magazine, the 'Xtra Factor' host is reportedly dating music manager Jack Street, who is nine years her junior at 24.
Caroline and Jack have reportedly been sending a string of flirty tweets to each other, as well as attending Glastonbury and Wireless Festivals together.
