WATCH: Man Sets New World Record Running Marathon Backwards While Juggling

As you do.

Yes, congratulations to Florida man Joe Salter - who recently ran a 26.20-mile marathon in five hours, 51 minutes, 25 seconds. Backwards. While juggling three balls.

Click play above to see highlights of his feat, which took place at the Quad Cities Marathon in Moline, Illinois. As Laughing Squid points out: 'Salter made two drops out of 62,460 total throws, but following RecordSetter rules, made no forward motion until picking up the dropped balls and continuing to juggle.'

Impressive stuff, we're sure you'll agree. And inspiring, too. We really want to learn to juggle now...
