Ellie Goulding's beautiful new ballad 'How Long Will I Love You' has been announced as the official single for this year's BBC Children in Need appeal.

The single, a cover of The Waterboys song for the new Richard Curtis film 'About Time', will help raise money to support disadvantaged children and young people in the UK.

Goulding said in a statement: "I've grown up watching BBC Children in Need so it's fantastic that Im doing this years single. It is an emotional song, but in a really positive way, and I've been completely blown away with the positive reaction it's had already."
