When The X Factor's online presenter Pips Taylor was a little girl she wanted to be a jail bird. Luckily for us (and Pips!) she wasn't behind bars when she chatted animal print, Harry Potter and Ashish with Team MyDaily...
When I look in the mirror I see... a funny little face, with a whopping great grin, on a small lady with big drive and big ambition ready to take on the day ahead.
If I were stranded on a desert island with one item of clothing it would be... something floaty, covered in animal print so I could enter the jungle - I really want there to be a jungle! - so I could blend in with the wild cats on the island and settle into my new life in the pride, that obviously lives in the jungle, by the sea. Maybe with some Persol shades. Today is a dreamy day.
When I was at school I wanted to be... I wanted to be several things and they changed as I grew up. I actually wanted to be, what I called, a jail bird at one point. Which was essentially a woman who was in prison. When I realised that probably wasn't a good idea I decided on being a TV presenter, although it wasn't something I actively pursued until I was out of university - where I was studying Spanish and History of Art!
My biggest style triumph was... a couple of years ago at an event in Vienna called The Life Ball where I wore a silver sequin Ashish dress. It was beautiful. It was probably the dressiest I've ever been because I'm not usually one for dressing up loads - I go for comfort! I wore it with some Raphael Young wedges. They are my favourite things in my entire wardrobe! Wedges are an absolute must.
If I could be any character from film or literature I'd be... Cat Woman, only because she's really sexy and I'm not and I think her suit is totally badass. Also, I'm pretty feline and love cats. I really love Harry Potter too, so if I could, I'd be a mix of Cat Woman and Harry Potter. I'd be a sexy ninja who could cast magic spells. That's the dream.
