Sharon Osbourne was joined by her daughter Kelly for a night out with her fellow 'X Factor' judges and show host Dermot O'Leary on Sunday night.

Louis Walsh was also spotted arriving at the private members club in Mayfair for dinner with the girls, but there was no sign of Gary Barlow who may have preferred an early night.
On Sunday Sharon waved goodbye to one of her 'X Factor' contestants, Lorna Simpson, from her Overs category. However, she seemed in good spirits as she smiled and joked with her daughter and Nicole later in the evening.
