Amanda Holden has explained her reasons for penning her autobiography, 'No Holding Back', in a new video.
The 'Britain's Got Talent' judge said that she decided to write her memoirs to 'give hope' to women that have been through similar things as her.

"I've survived an affair, a marriage, being spoken to in quite a pervy way by Jimmy Savile, obviously a very public miscarriage, and then worse after that, a still birth," she said.
Amanda was also very candid about her first husband Les Dennis, who she said will find her book 'a difficult read'.
