Cristiano Ronaldo gave Real Madrid fans the thumbs up for their fanatical support of the Portuguese during their Champions League win over Galatasaray.
Around 45,000 masks bearing the Portuguese forward's face were handed out at the Santiago Bernabéu, as Madrid fans threw their backing behind Ronaldo's quest to win a second Ballon d'Or.
Real's La Clasica and Barajas supporters clubs organised the tribute, which also featured huge banners paying homage to the club's number seven.

Ronaldo watched on from the stands as he sat out the victory with a thigh injury, but Madridistas did their best to ensure Gala's players would be haunted by the best player in the world.

Madrid fared just fine without Ronaldo, despite Sergio Ramos' red card with the scoreline goalless. Gareth Bale, Alvaro Arbeloa, Angel di María and Isco all struck in the 4-1 win, as Madrid qualified for the last 16 as group winners.
