Toronto's mayor Rob Ford does not look like a man caught smoking crack cocaine, stripped of most of his powers and humiliated in the international media.
Showing surprisingly agile moves, the mayor was caught on camera boogieing down to Bob Marley's One Love and festive tunes in the city's council chamber for the annual party.

The Mayor, who has refused to quit in the face of the most overwhelming evidence to the contrary, says he has now quit drinking, started exercising and found Jesus.
Ford, who has been given his own talk show off the back of the scandal, has had his popularity actually increase afte the scandal which he said was a "coup d'etat" by his political opponents.
