A man dressed as Woody from the Toy Story films has been arrested in Times Square on multiple sex charges.
Jose Vaszquez, 44, in full Woody gear, was busted last night by two plainclothes NYPD detectives after allegedly assaulting "numerous girls," according to the New York Post.
Vasquez's arrest is the latest in a string of run-ins with the law for the city's costumed characters.
Perhaps the most notorious of them all is Dan Sandler, aka 'Evil Elmo' – who repeatedly harassed tourists with racist, anti-semitic rants.
Sandler was recently arrested for attempting to extort more than a million pounds from the American Girl Scouts.
And who can forget Osvaldo Quiroz-Lopez, the Times Square Cookie Monster accused of pushing a toddler after the boy's mother refused to tip him for a photo-op.
