Hearts went out to Jacqueline Bisset at this year's Golden Globes Awards, as she stumbled, tripped but ultimately got through her acceptance speech.

The veteran actress was collecting her trophy for Best Supporting Actress in a Series, Mini-Series or TV Movie, for her role in 'Dancing on the Edge' (so we can claim her British win, along with Steve McQueen).

Cate Blanchett was in finer fettle - less surprised perhaps? - claiming her gong for 'Blue Jasmine', which earned her Best Leading Actress in a Movie Drama. See her charm the audience below...
