A truly shocking video has emerged which appears to show a toddler balancing on a window ledge high up a tower block.
The footage – which has been posted on the LiveLeak website and is apparently from India – shows the dark-haired child in green shorts, teetering along the ledge with nothing to stop him toppling to his death.

Filmed on a grainy camera, apparently in India, he totters around for three minutes and even climbs back in and out several times.
The clip has gone viral since it was posted, but many viewers have cast doubt on its authenticity. What do you think?
