Cooking For Kids: Pea And Lime Dip With Baked Tortilla Chips Recipe (Video)
Pea and lime dip with baked tortillas by Fiona Faulkner,

Tortilla chips are a sure fire winner with kids. They will be so keen to tuck into this 'treat' that they won't realise the dip is harboring a secret ingredient - the dreaded peas!

Children's food expert Fiona Faulkner is known as the 'Harry Potter of Vegetables' as she works a little bit of kitchen magic to turn fussy eaters (including her own three kids) into veg-aholics

In the second video from her Cooking for kids series, Fiona shares another easy-to-make recipe from her book, 25 Foods Kids Hate (And How To Get Them Eating 24). This time the spotlight is on peas, so if your kids turn up their noses in disgust when you serve them dinner with a side of the green veg, this one's for you!
