Nike and Adidas have released their new boots ahead of the summer World Cup, and both have literally put a sock in it.
Following the Adidas Samba primeknit's release last week, the German sportswear giant has revealed the Adidas primeknit FS: the world’s first all-in-one boot and sock hybrid.
Although Adidas' latest effort could cause some kit issues at the Brazil finals, the Nike one is cut shorter.
Nike's Magista: "Football will never be the same," they claim
The Magista's key features are:
- Dynamic Fit conclusion provides a sock-like fit.
- Pebax nylon sole plate with conical stud configuration for traction in all directions.
- Flyknit upper for a more direct feel and improved ball control.
