World's Longest Lecture Ever Is FIVE Days Long - And It Hasn't Finished Yet

If you thought your university lectures were a drag, try sitting through this one - lasting a world record breaking five days straight and counting. The astonishing feat is being carried out by Indian professor Arvind Mishra, 26.

He has spoken for 130 hours continuously on scientific computations, breaking Polish professor Errol Muzawazi's previous record, which stood at 121 hours.

The lecture - which is currently underway at Graphic Era University in Dehradun, India - began on March 1 and is set to finish on Friday (March 7), with Mishra hoping to clock 150 hours of non-stop lecturing.
