Britons are apparently now more likely to believe in ghosts than God.
A survey has claimed that it's more likely that a person has faith in the supernatural than in religion, while more people believe they have "special powers" than those who regularly go to church.
It seems the country may have an underground network of superheroes, with the research revealing that one in 10 British adults believe that they have a supernatural gift.

Market researchers One Poll asked 2,000 adults a series of questions about their beliefs and weighted the results to make them reflect the population as a whole.
Apparently, psychic abilities such as predicting the future and clairvoyance are pretty common in the UK, while others claim they have the ability to recall and regress to past ‘lives’, and carry out telepathy.
Unfortunately, most of us have come to terms with the fact that having supernatural abilities simply aren't possible.
But, as Cracked.com revealed, there are some rare cases of real, actual people with bona fide powers that defy explanation, including a man impervious to electric shock and someone who just doesn't get cold.
The survey of 2,000 British adults was commissioned to mark the launch of J.J. Abrams’ new TV series Believe which premieres on Watch this Thursday 27th March at 9pm.
