‘TOWIE’ is potentially about to lose one of its biggest stars as Sam Faiers is reportedly planning her exit from the show at the end of the current series.
Sam, who has appeared in ‘TOWIE’ since it first hit screens, has apparently decided that its time to move on and focus on other things - including rekindling her romance with former fiancé Joey Essex.

“She feels it’s time to go,” a pal told The Sun. “She’s had a great time but doesn’t want to have relationships just for air time.
“She’s looking forward to her relationship not being there for everyone to judge.”
Sam and Joey’s ups and downs have all been charted on the reality TV show, with the Joey’s emotional proposal and the breakdown of their relationship both being filmed and screened on ITV2.
Since the pair split, Sam has had a turbulent time and was recently diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease following her time on ‘Celebrity Big Brother’.
Joey’s also been busy, charming the nation during his stint in the ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’ jungle and later fronted his own show ‘Educating Joey Essex’.
The former couple split in 2013 however they’ve recently been pictured enjoying a dinner date and holding hands.
According to The Sun, ITV bosses want Sam to return to the show when sister Billie gives birth later this year.
