L’Oréal is one of the UK’s leading graduate recruiters – one in every eight graduate placements within UK FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) is at L’Oréal.

Each year it receives approximately 20,000 applications for its graduate programme and takes on almost 100 paid interns. Since 2005, it has grown its graduate intake by 50%.

The management training scheme..

L’Oréal’s one-year Management Training Scheme – which has intakes in October, February and June – offers diverse roles across Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain / Operations and Finance. Whichever you choose, you’ll undertake three placements across the business. As you work your way through the programme, you’ll experience different products and markets, taking on all kinds of fascinating, high profile challenges.
