'Loose Women': Carol Vorderman Wants A 'Man Friday' On The Panel

Carol Wants A Man Friday On 'Loose Women'

The 'Loose Women' panel has seen plenty of changes in the last few months and now Carol Vorderman wants to go one step further - by introducing a man to the panel.

Carol - who is a regular on the ITV daytime show - reckons new boss Martin Frizell should spice things up by introducing a 'Man Friday' to the line-up each week.

“It would work because occasionally we’ve had people like Jonathan Ross and Alan Carr who have stayed for the whole show and it has really worked well.

"I think now with the new boss Martin and the team they’re open to ideas.”

'Loose Women' used to regularly attract two million viewers but this has fallen to 700,000 more recently following the departure of regulars such as Denise Welch, Carol McGiffin and Lisa Maxwell.

Producers have since been trying to attract viewers back to the show by introducing new blood such as former Girls Aloud star Kimberley Walsh, singer Jamelia, Olympian Rebecca Adlington and Steps singer Claire Richards.
