A man has died after being discovered in the back of a rubbish lorry in Nottingham.
Police said they received a report of a man "seen in the back of a refuse collection vehicle" at about 5.10am on Thursday.

A spokesman for Nottinghamshire Police added: "The man was taken to the Queen's Medical Centre where he later died."

Police have shut Lyndhurst Road in the Sneinton area of the city near where the incident took place while officers investigate.
The investigation into how the man came to be in the truck is still in the early stages, police said.
