The cock-up (sorry) arose after staff at the Truro, Cornwall boozer tried to erect (there I go again) an “open for business” sign when an adjacent road was closed for waterworks.
The unintentionally smutty sign made its way onto Twitter (of course it did), prompting mirth and leaving red-faced staff to take it down again.
