WARNING: VIDEO CONTAINS ADULT LANGUAGE

With the worrying statistics that one quarter of women putting off their cervical smear test for fear or embarrassment, one woman decided to take a stand.

But rather than beating the same old cervical-cancer-prevention drum in the form of leaflets and health warnings, she's tried a different approach: creating a rap song.

Comedian Nadia Kamil's hilarious 'Pap Rap' tackles the taboos around getting a smear test head on. And it's catchy.

"Please excuse the misogynist language of hip-hop in order to promote women's health....it's a tricky balance isn't?" she says before launching into a rap to the tune of Azealia Bank's 212.

If this doesn't make you get a smear test, we don't know what will.
